I was kind of messing around and I figured this out. It's probably far off, but if someone
could post a more accurate tab, it'd be very nice!
Like almost every Sabbath song, this is probably tuned down 1 1/2 steps, but I put the chord
names as they would be in standard tuning.
Intro/Main Riff:

The verse part sounds like some kind of variation of the main riff.

The chorus sounds something like this, but this is probably way off:
