So Real Tabs

(ver. 2)
Buckley Jeff
this is my best guess at how jeff plays "so real", in case anyone cares:) i
figured this out by watching jeff's hands in videos and trying to play it.
it all sounds pretty close. i'm not sure about the second chorus chord
though.

standard tuning

                                / /////
e---------------------------------
b------13-13----------------------
G-0~14-14-14-------------------12-
D-0----------15-15-14-12----0--0--
A------------0-----------15-12-13-
E---------------------------------

e---------------------------------
b---------------------------------
G-12-12-12-14-14-14---------------
D-0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0-------
A-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12------
E-------------------13-13-13------

e---------------------------------
b---------------------------------
G---------------------------------
D---------------------------------
A---------------------------------
E-12-13-10--12-13-10--------------

but i think the VERSEs are (partly based on Paul Leddy's version):

   F#7 F#7sus4 B F# G Csus2 Bm/G
e--xx---xx------xx--xx--3---8-----7---
b--11---12------12--7---3---8-----7---
G--9----9-------11--6---0---0-----0--- then repeats.
D--11---11------9---4---0---0-----0---
A--xx---xx------xx--xx--xx--xx----xx--
E--xx---xx------11--6---3---8-----7---

this is my CHORUS (partly based on Paul Leddy's version):
   A A7sus4
e--xx--5--
b--8---5--
G--7---0--
D--5---0--
A--xx--xx-
E--7---5--

the WIERD DISTORTED INTERLUDE is something around an A diad, like:

e----
b----
G----
D--7- (bend the hell out of this)
A--0-
E----

while the other guitar plays this over and over again:

e--xx--
b--8---
G--7---
D--5---
A--xx--
E--7---

finally, the CHORUSII is something like this:
   Em Dmaj7 Dsus4/C# D6 Dmaj7/E Gmaj7b5/E G7 D6
e------x-----x---------x--x-------x---------x---x
b------0-----2---------3--7-------8---------5---3
G------0-----0---------2--6-------6---------4---2
D--2---0-----0---------0--0-------0---------0---0 these last two repeat
A--2---x-----x---------3--7-------7---------5---3 every other time
E--0---2-----3---------x--x-------x---------x---x

and this is how it all goes together:

INTRO

F#7 F#7sus4 B F# G Csus2 Bm/G
Love, let me sleep tonight on you couch

F#7 F#7sus4 B F# G Csus2 Bm/G
We walked around 'til the moon got full like a plate.

F#7 F#7sus4 B F# G Csus2 Bm/G

F#7 F#7sus4
... And I never stepped on the cracks 'cause I thought I'd hurt my mother
 B F# G Csus2 Bm/G

F#7 F#7sus4

                                      B F# G Csus2 Bm/G
That sucked me in and pulled me under...Pulled me under

Oh... That was so real x3

           F#7 F#7sus4

                          B F# G Csus2 Bm/G

A A7sus4

someone enjoys playing this as much as i do. if there are any additions,
questions, criticisms, etc. feel free to send them to me. i hope this
didn't waste too much of your mailbox space:)
