Now you can either play the melody again, or head to a solo in the
key of F.

You can find these notes all over the guitar. As long as you
play these notes, you can solo. You need to learn pentatonic
scales first, then more lateral/horizontal scales.
The solos can be played on anything - piano, guitar, saxophone,
trumpet, etc.
