Please note:

I tabbed the chords on the bridge according to what the bass is playing. 
If you listen carefully you'll notice the chords are right, you just have to learn the timing.

The chords in the "with the wind in your hair..." part are also tricky. 
I've put the ones that, in my opinion, sound better.
