Pearl Jam - Sonic Reducer Chords

the main chord progression is pretty easy C#-G#-A-F# (power chords of course)
this is during the lines

this is the one i can't figure out,there is a transition progression inbetween
the verse and chorus. I can't figure out anything that sounds good. the line is

   I got my time machine, got my 'lectronic dream

				      
then for the chorus i play      g-4/6-6-------  (I don't have my guitar
                                D-4/6-6-6-7---   with me so i can't remember
                                A-2/4-4-6-7---   the exact strums but those
                                E-------4-5---   are the chords)

   Got a sonic reducer, sonic reducer...


I don't know if that's right at all but it sounds okay, can anybody give
me a hint on what the chords are between the verse and chorus? thanks
