0h2 = strum A-string, and hammer on fret 2 without strumming it.

Play it until the end, or as long as you want to.
You got to be pretty quick in the fingers in the outro. That's why I placed the 
tones so tight, cause they have to be played fast. But if you want to play this 
song, you probably already know that :P
