OK, this is my first tab so there could still be a few mistakes in it. 
The chords I found elsewhere were basically correct, but not very detailed,
so there were some improvements to be made.
Listen to the song for the right strumming (very important for this song)
I play it on an acoustic but I don't fingerpick, I just play chords,
I think it sounds good like this.

verse:

(maybe there's a fast Asus4 played after the Am, I'm not sure)

OK thats all still quite simple. Now the strumming on the Em.
Throughout the verses and the small interludes, the Em at the back of the sentences 
is ALWAYS played like this:

(listen to the song for the right pattern!) 

The 2nd and the 4th Bm in the verses can be played like this:

Between the 1st chorus and the second verse there is a little interlude
that should be played like the Em strumming pattern above,
played 4 times(if you don't want to fingerpick).

The secund verse and chorus are played in the same way as
the first ones.

Then comes the outro (solo) which is played like this, I guess,

It's important to mute the strings inbetween!

OK, now the next part (only the chord stuff!!):

E  F#(strum long and fast) F#m (about 4 strums)
now play the chords from the chorus again, and end on
C7(2strums) Bm7
