I picked up most of this by ear. I didn't get all the guitar parts down, such as the lead,
but here are the basic rhythm parts.

/ = slide
*= palm mute
b= bend
h= hammer on or harmonic
p= pull off
x= dead note
v= vibrato
= let ring
r= release from bend
